Configure your game to send telemetry data to our servers
Start F1 24 on your gaming platform and navigate to the main menu.
Navigate to: Settings → Telemetry Settings
On PC: Press ESC → Settings → Telemetry Settings
On PlayStation: Press OPTIONS → Settings → Telemetry Settings
On Xbox: Press MENU → Settings → Telemetry Settings
Set the following values exactly as shown:
• Make sure you're on the same network as your gaming device
• If using a VPN, please disable it temporarily
• The IP address above is specific to your connection
• Save the settings before leaving the menu
Save your settings and start any game mode (Time Trial, Grand Prix, etc.)
Once you're on track, we should start receiving your telemetry data.
